LAS VEGAS - August 3, 2011 - A locals favorite Italian restaurant, Panevino Ristorante, will provide locals and tourists with the unique opportunity to dine on a special three-course prix fixe tasting menu at an affordable price while helping to support Three Square Food Bank.
In addition to offering three options per course, this year, Panevino will offer an additional vegan selection for each course as well.

The restaurant recently introduced its new vegan specials to its ristorante and gourmet deli.
"Our vegan specials have been very well-received by our guests," said Vincenzo Granata, General Manager of Panevino. "Even with a prix fixe menu for this event it was still important for us to keep in mind our guests’ tastes and dietary preferences. Our vegan options are flavorful, naturally healthy and look and taste delicious."

First Course
Choice of Vegan Artichoke and Fennel soup, or grilled marinated Eggplant, or Pear and Gorgonzola salad, or Beef Carpaccio.

Second Course
Choice of Vegan Spinach Tortelloni, or four Cheese Ravioli, or grilled Salmon, or grilled Chicken.

Third Course
Choice of Vegan Dark Chocolate covered Strawberries, or Puff Pastry with Lemon Cream and Strawberries, or duo of Chocolate Mousse and Crème Brulée.
